How We're Involved
As many of you are already aware, we have become involved with the little-known Millhouse Animal Sanctuary.
There are two branches of this charity; one in Fulwood, Sheffield; the other here in Thurlstone on Hornthwaite Hill. We decided to support them by adopting Tallow, a Shetland pony.
He is very cute and extremely popular with the children.
It is our hope to continue to support the sanctuary by fundraising and supporting appeals. Tallow will be visiting school regularly, and we hope that groups of children will be able to visit the sanctuary this year.

APPEAL...Do you have any old/spare blankets, towels, bedding?
If so, can we have them for the homeless dogs at the Fulwood branch of Millhouse animals Sanctuary.

Fundraising Event
We'll be asking for donations for the animal sanctuary at our Christmas outdoor nativity. All money will be put to good use at both the Pony sanctuary here in Thurlstone, and the Fulwood Branch of the charity.
